Dear LPG,

I am hoping that you will be able to make it possible for all LPG readers to see a bit of film that someone sent to me using Facebook recently.  I was sent this bit of really interesting information,  a mini-lecture with its research, via You Tube and I have to say that it has, in a small way, changed my outlook on life in general.  I believe that everybody older or younger should take the time to watch this 16 minute mini lecture.

While I agree that you can’t believe   everything that you learn from the internet, I think even if you disagree with some of what is said, you will learn some really eye-opening facts from just watching.

Please take the time to learn, arguably, one of the best ways to live a longer more fulfilled ‘rest of your life’.
