Your hint of a declaration?

08 Feb 2018

We are approaching Valentine’s Day again and many will dismiss that fact because it is accepted as a day of celebration for the young, but statistics are showing a new message to the UK.  Do you know that according to them more and more people are teaming up and getting together later in life than ever before?

This has to be a good thing because we all know about the stories surrounding loneliness and older people.  Anything that can detract from those statistics has to be a good thing and it has to be wonderful to experience that feeling of ‘young love’ in older age.

Although we feel the need to draw attention to our posting dated July 6th last year (►►►) We think that many readers will remember the feeling of intrigue that is felt when you find an unsigned card at your front door on the big day, but that is more likely to happen if you send one.  So ladies please remember that if you want to become part of the growing statistic, perhaps the first move is to get to the Card shop and invest in a written hint!  And Gentlemen, an added little bunch of flowers (regardless of if they arrive at a lady’s front door or if they are just delivered by you) can give any lady's winter morning a spring in her step.

Even if you are not romantically inclined, it cannot be a bad thing to remember other friendships with a message of how valued they are or of just ‘thanks for being there’,  which can only make someone else’s day a little brighter.  (►►►)

LPG found some information on the subject for our readers.  Note the ‘feel good Valentine messages for friends’ and the fact that statistics don’t always lie
